Finding the right apartment is very important.
When studying abroad, international students will face one problem, "a place to stay".
In Japan, apartments are usually rented thru real estate agents rather than landowners.
There you are required for 1-2 months security deposit and 1-2 month key money under the contract. They are also usually rented for a minimum of 2 years. Rooms are unfurnished.
However, now MI Tokyo fortunately works with agents listed below to provide information to any students that may have housing needs. They can offer affordable apartments to even international students in this short term program.
They are different from typical Japanese housing agents in deposits, contracts, support and atmosphere.
They will provide MI Tokyo students with a special offer!!
※Please make sure to mention that you are a MI student when you contact them to receive a special offer.
